Wraply is not responsible for:

• Any malware, viruses, or other malicious software that may be encountered by accessing links created through our service
• Any damages, losses, or any other consequences resulting from accessing links created through our service

By using Wraply, you agree to indemnify and hold Wraply harmless from any claims resulting from the use of your links.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Wraply for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious software
• Phishing or attempting to fraudulently obtain sensitive information
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
• Infringing on intellectual property rights

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall Wraply, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
